Tenant FAQs
Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
How do I apply for a property?
You can submit an application online or in person. A complete application includes the application form, required documentation (such as proof of income and photo ID), and the application fee. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps to secure your new home. Please contact our leasing support team for any assistance. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. Security deposits are refundable as long as the tenant meets all lease terms and the property is left in good condition—allowing for normal wear and tear. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, cleaning, or damage beyond normal use. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent payments are simple and secure through our 24/7 Tenant Portal, which supports bank transfers, debit, and credit cards. While we encourage online payments for faster, safer processing, select properties may also accept checks or money orders. -
Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance?
Our management team oversees all maintenance and repair requests to ensure prompt, professional resolutions. While we handle the heavy lifting, tenants are responsible for day-to-day upkeep and reporting issues immediately to prevent damage. For urgent matters, our 24/7 emergency maintenance support line is always available to provide immediate assistance. -
My lease is ending, and I plan to move out. What should I do?
A minimum of 30 days' notice is typically required, though you must consult your lease agreement for the exact notice period. It is essential to submit your written intent to vacate by the deadline specified in your lease.
